Account Based Goals allows sales teams to set customized goals for individual accounts, focusing on key performance indicators such as phone calls, deals, and check-ins. With this feature, you can focus on specific accounts that you want to build relationships with. Ultimately increasing your sales.

Step-by-Step Instructions (Selecting Accounts Manually)
1. Login to the web-based version of Outfield and navigate to the Performance+ in the side menu and then select "Goals"
2. Set Up Account Goals: Within the goals section, you'll see two tabs. Click on the 'Account Goals' tab, then press the '+ Add Account Goal' button to create a new goal.
3. Customize Your Goal: Enter the name your goal, select the performance role, and choose the account(s) it applies to. Define the goal by specifying the metrics and frequency (like '5 times per month'). Once you’ve filled everything out, click 'Save Account Goal' to activate it.
Step-by-Step Instructions (Selecting Accounts in BULK)
1. Login to the web-based version Outfield and navigate to the "Accounts" in the side menu and select "Places".
2. Account Search: Use the advanced multi-filtering options to find the accounts you want to set goals for. You can filter by criteria such as name, city, or other fields. Once you’ve set your filters, click 'Search' to display the list of accounts.
3. Select Action for Account Goals: Under the map view, you will find a 'Select Action' dropdown menu. Click on it and choose 'Add Account Goal'.
Note: The goal will be applied to any account that is currently searched for or showing on the Places page. In the picture below, this account based goal would be applied to 195 places.
4. Customize Account Goal: A new window will pop up where you can fill out the details for your account goal. Enter the goal's name, select the performance role, set the specific metric (like 'check-in: completed'), and choose the frequency (for example, '5 times per month'). Adding an image or gif to your goal can add some flair to your goal and increase engagement you see from the team.
After you have entered all the details, click 'Add' to save the goal to the account.

- SMART Criteria: When setting goals, make them Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound to increase the likelihood of success.
