With Goals, admins can now create and assign objectives/goals for their entire team or specific team members.

Please note:  Different plan types will have different goal metrics options. This is based on the various features and activity types that can be seen or created through a specific plan. 

How to create a goal for your team/team members:

• On the web-based version of your Outfield account, click on Performance+ in the left sidebar menu.
• On that dropdown, navigate to Goals. 
• On that Goals page, Click Add Goal.

• Click on the Title textbox and name your goal! E.g., Weekly Sales Goal,  Monthly Services Goal. 
• Click the Add Photo button to add a photo or gif to your goal (this will show on the rep’s goals screen when the goal is completed).

• Select the Performance Role dropdown right under the goal title to choose who you want to assign the goal to (Performance Roles are created within Performance+ settings). 
• Under Type, you can choose if you want to assign the goal to each team member individually, based on the performance roles they are a part of, or for your entire team collectively.

• Click the Goal dropdown menu and select your goal metrics (i.e., activity type and the amount you want to be completed per day/week/month/year or a one-time goal). Depending on your plan, you may have different metrics available.

• Once you’ve selected your goal metrics, click on Save Goal.

View how your team members are performing in the goals you’ve set for them!

• You can edit the different metrics/values for your existing goals through the same Goals page. To the right of your goal, click on the gear icon and hit Edit.  

To get more insight on your set goals:

• On the web-based version of your Outfield account, click on Performance+ in the left sidebar menu.
• Navigate to Analytics and click on the ‘Goals’ tab in that dropdown. 

• On the top right of the screen, click the Filters button to filter out your goal data by various criteria such as Date Range, Team Member, Goal Frequency, etc.
• Once you have filtered out your goal metrics, click ‘Let’s Go.’ This will showcase a line graph of the percentage of goals achieved based on the goals you’ve created.
