The Leadership category within League Play helps gamify internal communication, team camaraderie, and high performance. As your team interacts with each other's activities via the Team Activity Feed - or communicates with one another through chat, they will earn points contributing to their Leadership score. Leveraging Leadership for better utilization
The Leadership Category of League Play is used to help quantify your teams efforts of interacting with each other's activities, sharing best practices, encouraging one another, and highlighting those who lead by example though high performance. The "Record Breaking" and "Top Performer" actions reward those who go above and beyond with their CRM utilization and customer attentiveness and can be leveraged to encourage those behaviors overall. On the other end of the Leadership actions, the Like, Message, and Comment actions encourage communication and collaboration amongst team members across your organization. If you'd like to see more internal leadership from your reps through peer-to-peer coaching and collaboration, adjusting any of these point actions can help out!
