Leveraging “Preparation” for better utilization.
The Preparation category within Outfield can be used to encourage the scheduling of events and tasks with customers and accounts. The more events and tasks that someone makes, the more points they receive. By utilizing both Calendar and Tasks, your team can have their whole day planned out, reducing stress and scheduling conflicts. If you see that your team is not scheduling events or creating tasks and it's leading to disorganization or other issues, then try increasing the amount of points they receive for doing the desired actions and run a contest around it. You may be surprised by the changes you see in your team's preparation habits, especially if there is a reward given to those who succeed.
