Add Multiple Accounts feature allows you to tag multiple accounts, such as places or contacts, under a single check-in. This is especially helpful in scenarios where you're visiting a location with multiple stakeholders.
For example, if you’re visiting a hospital building and meeting with multiple healthcare providers, you can tag all relevant contacts in one check-in to save time and keep your records organized.
How to add multiple accounts on the app:

Tap Check-In: Begin by tapping "Check-In" on the account you’re visiting.

Add Contacts/Places: Tap "Add Accounts" and select the additional contacts or places you want to tag.
- Select Accounts: Tap the places or contacts you want to tag in the check-in. You can also filter by Linked Accounts and Unlinked Accounts to make your selection. Tap the circle next to the contacts/places to include it in the check-in.

Click Done and Check-Out: Once you’ve added all the accounts, tap "Done" and check out when your visit is complete.
How to add multiple accounts on the Web:

Click Check-In

Click Additional Accounts: At the top right of the check-in window, click the Additional Accounts button.

Search and Tag Accounts:
In the pop-up window, search for the places or contacts you'd like to tag. -
Click Done: Once you've selected all the accounts you want to tag, click Done and Checkout
