Alright, you've added your new field rep, they downloaded the mobile app, logged in, made a profile pic, etc... But then they tell you their app is empty!
This is because Outfield starts each new user on a blank slate with no activity, no planned events, and most notably no accounts! Before your rep gets started, you will need to assign locations to them from the "Accounts" page on the Web Based Version of Outfield. Follow these steps to learn more:
- Head to the "Accounts" page on the Web Based Version
- Search for whatever territory you want to assign. If you are assigning all of your locations to a user, don't worry about this!
- Underneath the map to the right, you'll see a box reading "Pick Team Members", type the name of the person you want to assign the locations to.
- Click the button reading "Assign To These Places"
