The Custom Achievements allows you to set milestones and reward your team for their accomplishments. This is designed to boost motivation, recognize hard work, and drive performance across your team.

How to Create a Custom Achievement:

1. Enter Achievement Name:

   • In the "Name" field, type the name of the achievement (e.g., "President's Club").

2. Add an Image:

   • Choose an image to represent the achievement. You can select from the default icons or upload your own custom image.

3. Write a Description:

   • Provide a short description explaining what the achievement is for. This gives clarity on the purpose (e.g., "This is for the closers...").

4. Assign a Performance Role:

   • Select the team members eligible for this achievement by assigning specific roles.

5. Set Requirements to Achieve It:

   • Choose performance actions (e.g., "check-in completed") and define how many times the action must be completed to earn the achievement.

6. Use Advanced Requirements (Optional):

   • You can control how often the achievement can be earned (e.g., once or multiple times).
   • Set a time period (e.g., 5 weeks) within which the goal must be completed.
   • Optionally, require it to be achieved consecutively (e.g., 3 times in a row).
