Setting up the recognized revenue stage in Outfield helps track and manage your closed deal revenue efficiently. Follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to the Deals Section: On the left-hand sidebar, click on the "$ Deals" tab. This will take you to the Deals dashboard.
2. Access Pipeline Settings: In the Deals dashboard, click on the "Edit Pipeline" button located at the top right corner.
3. Set Revenue Stages: In the Pipeline settings, locate the "Revenue Stages" dropdown menu. Select the stages you want to include in tracking closed deal revenue.
4. Reorder Stages if Necessary: Drag and drop the stages to reorder them as needed to reflect your sales process accurately. Revenue recognition stage has a green highlight to confirm.
5. Save Changes: After setting your revenue stages, save the changes to update your pipeline settings.
